Companies & IDs
How companies are identified, and what each field in a company means.
Identifying a company
Anywhere the API takes a company, you can pass either:
- its domain, for example
acmedental.io(recommended;www.andhttps://are ignored), or - its CompanySpec id, for example
cmp_19ad3, from any earlier response.
Only have a name? Use GET /companies/resolve to get the domain.
It's free.
