Recent hires
The hires we track, by department and seniority, and how to filter on them.
We track people who recently joined each company, by department, seniority and start date. No names or personal details are returned. New hires usually appear 1–3 weeks after their start date.
What we track
- Departments: e.g.
sales,engineering,marketing,finance,operations,product(all values:/values/hire_departments) - Seniorities: e.g.
entry,mid,senior,director,executive(all values:/values/hire_seniorities) - Start date of each hire.
Get a company's recent hires

Find companies by recent hires
Use recent_hires in search. For example, companies that hired at least two senior
salespeople in the last 90 days:

}within_days can be 1–365 (default 90). Combine recent_hires with any other filter, for example
customer_types: ["B2B"] and employees: ["51-200"].
Hire departments are close to, but not the same list as, headcount departments (/values/workforce_departments)
and job posting functions (/values/job_functions). Check each list before filtering.
